AYURVEDA AND AROMATHERAPY FOR CHANGE

We are all in perfect contact with aromatherapy all day every day. From the gentle smell of morning to cool perfume of night. We don't have to notice all the smells we encounter, but each one has an effect on our mind, emotions and our breath.
Using aromatherapy in times of change (and preparing for it), whether it is seasonal, emotional, physical or material, can be both beneficial and beautiful. Incorporating the ayurvedic approach to holistic wellbeing we use aromatherapy to help each dosha in times of flux.
We are all multi-layered combinations of elements which create doshas we experience uniquely. Effective Ayurvedic Aromatherapy requires a mountain of time and knowledge (so today's post isn't for something we can find in our kitchens) to create. To save you the steps we have climbed Kilimanjaro and composed three exceptional aromatherapy blends that help each dosha navigate its balance with ease.
For KAPHA, we have mixed sexy warming and stimulating eucalyptus, clove bud, black pepper, coriander, bergamot and rose geranium together with a whole lotta love and infused it with Red Jasper.
For PITTA, we cool it down and sweeten it up with Lemon, Orange, Frankincense, Cardamom, Vetiver and Ylang Ylang. For the lil cherry on top, this jewel is infused with magical Celestine for extra magnificence.
For VATA, we need warmth, sweetness and nourishment, infused with yellow calcite and an opulent blend of sweet orange, basil, fennel, clove, lavender and frankincense.
Use these as a Marma point exploration, or simply roll on your wrists and plexus and let the heat of your body activate the oils.
