PINK MOON CUP

Following the MOON and her cycles creates rhythm, connection, and poetry in our lives that greatly enhances our holistic wellbeing.

The first FULL MOON of the astrological new year is named after the blooming phlox. This first moon of spring holds optimism and possibility. It is a moment to not get braided into ropes of thought or words, to think about the past, or what could have been different. It is a moment of FEELING and stepping forward into the light.

Tonight she is in deep aspect to PLUTO meaning we feel this lunation on a multitude to levels but how we engage with what comes up is our choice.

Don’t let over examined anchoring become trawl and rusted weight. Let the feelings rise, the unknown, the doubt. Recognise that the past is very definitely behind and embrace the light in front of you.

PINK MOON CUP RECIPE

To lift our hearts and steady our vision we are sipping the most delicious PINK MOON CUP made from Shatavari, Pink Pitaya, organic coconut milk, and ground rose petals.

Shatavari is an adaptogen used in Ayurveda to soothe, rejuvenate, and nourish. Pink Pitaya, also known as dragon fruit, is full of antioxidants and poetry, and rose petals are the ultimate symbol of life cycles and love.

1 part Pink Pitaya

1 part Shatavari

1/2 part Organic Rose Petals

4 parts Organic Coconut Milk Powder

Add all the ingredients to a jar and shake.

Put 2 teaspoons of the powder to a beautiful cup and add warm milk to make a paste before filling.

Let the powders steep and rebloom.

Breathe in potential.

Breathe out the fear.

Sip softly (Burn some incense, dance a little, write a little, be freer a little, if you feel it).
