Holistically speaking we are all multi. Vibrating on multi-levels in multi-sensory experiences and in simultaneous multi-layers. Aromatherapy is able to accompany us in all these multis. We are our bodies but only if we are considering ourselves as a physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic singular plural. Our chakras are gates or maybe you prefer to think of them as ducks? Before you tune out thinking this is all a bit whoa out there let me run through our blends –

Root - just above your coccyx and connecting you to the physical world and earth is this very basal chakra. Cedarwood, patchouli and frankincense help make your foundations solid as a root so you feel secure and supported.

Sacral – about three finger widths under your bellybutton is the centre of all creativity and associated with the element of water which is equated with emotions. It is also the sexual energy hub. Patchouli, clary sage and ylang ylang have been blended vigorously to help you feel sexually fulfilled and open to love, joy and harmony which in turn you radiate to others.

Solar Plexus - I am. I am. I am. This place of personal power is supported by clove bud, black pepper and geranium helping a positive self-image and self-empowerment. We also connect to our astral selves from this chakra permitting wishes and desires. Let you be and be wise.

Heart - When balanced this chakra radiates love, generosity and warm beauty. It is from here we nurture and heal ourselves and we become magnets for people who are also balanced in this way allowing Karma-clean union.

Throat – It makes sense that from here we communicate vocally. We express ourselves to others and in doing so combine root, sacral, solar plexus and heart in our expression. Bergamot, chamomile and peppermint support a free flowing energy so that we speak without judgement or fear of being judged and without enforcing our opinions on others.

Third Eye – Between the eyebrows is our indigo glow. We are conscious and responsible in the acknowledgement that we create our own reality. Vibrating on the highest levels to support conscious thought are clary sage, bergamot and frankincense. So whether you want to meditate or just relax be open and conscious.

Crown – 1000 petal lotus connects us to the divine universal energy. Here we are open, opened and opener to higher purpose, significance and learning. Lavender, cedarwood and frankincense are cosmic wires taking us beyond all and open to all.
