SAMSARA | The Sacred Cycle

There is smoke in the air this week — a low vibration that speaks of cycles turning, endings folding into beginnings. URANUS retrograde slipping back into TAURUS for the final time, MARS entering the horizon-seeking fire of SAGITTARIUS, and VENUS diving into SCORPIO, the cosmos itself feels like it’s in exhale. Each movement denotes the same thing: we are always becoming, even in stillness.

In Ayurveda and in life, we call this continual unfolding SAMSARA — the wheel of experience, the turning of all things. It is the birth and rebirth of our moments, the pattern that repeats until it becomes wisdom. SAMSARA is not punishment; it’s invitation. Each return is another chance to meet ourselves with greater awareness, tenderness, and grace.

This week’s TAROT mirrors this cosmic rhythm. The STAR offers renewal — the washing away, the remembering of hope after upheaval. The WORLD completes the spiral, the full circle of understanding that comes when we realise the end was never separate from the beginning. Together, they are the inhale and exhale of existence: the healing and the integration, the wish and its embodiment.

You may notice familiar stories surfacing — patterns of worth, fear, or desire — but they feel different now, don’t they? Softer. Less sharp. As if life is asking you to walk the same path, but barefoot this time, so you can feel what you once only saw. This is the wisdom of SAMSARA: not escape, but presence.

When VENUS settles into SCORPIO, we learn to love through transformation. When URANUS completes its dance in TAURUS, we learn that liberation can also be grounded. And as the FULL MOON glows in that same earthy sign, we are reminded that beauty isn’t about perfection — it’s about participation. The sacred act of showing up, again and again.

TAROT OF THE WEEK

THE WORLD

THE WORLD rises this week — the long-awaited sigh after months of shifting terrain. With URANUS retrograde’s final return to TAURUS, VENUS diving into SCORPIO, and a FULL MOON illuminating all that roots and sustains us, we are completing a cycle that has been quietly shaping us since 2018. The World card is both closure and arrival — a moment when we realise that the very path we thought was undoing us has been sculpting our strength all along.

This is not an ending that closes; it’s an ending that expands. The circle of the World turns, and we find ourselves back where we began — but wiser, softer, more embodied. We see now what the journey has been asking of us: wholeness. To inhabit our own story without apology. To bless the loops and the lessons.

As the planetary movements stir renewal and reclamation, THE WORLD reminds us to pause in reverence. Completion is sacred. Integration is alchemy. When we honor what has been lived — every mistake, every joy, every breath — we create the space for what is next to enter with grace.

This week, you may sense a quiet culmination: a chapter closing, a truth landing, a realisation that the striving can stop. You are not preparing anymore — you are participating. Life is no longer happening to you; it’s happening through you. Step into that knowing with the tenderness of someone who has seen the storm, and now understands the calm.

THE STAR

After the intensity of the last several weeks — the building, the burning, the releasing — THE STAR arrives. This card follows THE TOWER, and it is always the light that dawns after disruption. It reminds us that healing does not arrive with fanfare; it comes softly, like breath returning to the body after a deep dive.

This week, as MARS ignites purpose in SAGITTARIUS, and URANUS shifts back into TAURUS one final time, The Star glimmers as a promise of renewal. The waters of life pour freely again, restoring faith in our own resilience. The message is simple but profound: we are being rehydrated by hope.

You may find yourself catching small moments of beauty — a scent that feels like a memory, sunlight through steam, a conversation that restores your faith in connection. These are your omens. Follow them. Each one is a quiet affirmation that you are aligned with something greater, something guiding.

The Star asks you to listen to your own rhythm — to hold yourself steady in gentleness while the world reconfigures around you. When you choose trust over tension, you become magnetic. When you return to awe, you become a vessel for renewal.

I have only a few spaces left on my books for ASTROLOGY and TAROT for the year. An astrology reading with me is a way to glimpse beyond the eclipse’s veil—to understand where these tides are flowing in your own chart, what is closing, and what is waiting to begin.
